Default username and password for OER(Oracle Enterprise Repository) console

After a sucessful installation of oer(oracle enterprise repository). You have to login using the url\

http://host-name:port/ oer

If you run only with http://host-name:port you will get a 403 error.
The default username and password are


username:admin
password:admin


Though sounds silly would be useful for someone like me ;).

    Hi,

    I tried using credentials as admin/admin for login into Oracle Enterprise Repository 12C, but it failed everytime. Now the user is locked out.

    Even though I can unlock the user with DB access, but again it expects me to use the same password and doesn't accept admin/admin, and eventually it locks out again.

    The password in the DB is of-course encrypted. I have also tried reinstalling OER, but that did not help and I am stuck at very same place.

    Is there anyway I can reset the password for admin?

      You can unlock and change the password from the database itself. Not sure if i got you right .

      No, through DB I can reset the lock state not the password as it is encrypted.

      Anyways, I finally found that in 12C default password is admin/weblogic1.

    hi hello, i try with weblogic1 but is locket one and again....
    somebody help me?
    and so, just i have once chance to loging , and locked inmediatle..
